Within new demands to re-adjust one's lifestyle drastically demanded by current stay-at-home orders, many have felt a deep sense of disruption to their routines. Moreover, concerns about acquiring and stocking foods and what types of foods may present itself as a unique anxiety targeting those with a history of eating disorders. For some, turning to online communities such as forums and virtual therapy sessions to discuss eating disorder recovery and other anxieties. Numerous social-media support systems have emerged to support online groups, drawing attention to a new potential form of support during self-isolation.
