The idea of immunity passports seems to be fraught with innumerable criticisms. The idea that an individual's immunological history could determine their ability to do things such as socialize and go to work makes various assumptions. For one, antibodies and immunity related to COVID-19 are still rather mysterious, and we do not yet know how or whether containing the antibodies prevents an individual from being infected for a second time. Moreover, the monitoring of an immunity passport seems to infringe on privacy, particularly for minority groups.
