Longer Work Days

Research has indicated that during the pandemic, the average length of a work day seems to have increased by approximately 48.5 minutes. Additionally, the number of meetings and emails increased as well, by 13% and 1.14 emails respectively. Such habits illustrate how many individuals seem to have altered their usual work habits.
