In the same week that many universities announced they would be moving instruction online, the federal government placed visa restrictions that would not allow many international students to return to the U.S. for their studies this fall. As a result, Harvard and MIT have filed a lawsuit against Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
